What You’ll Do
Support escrow officers by preparing, reviewing, and organizing escrow and closing documents.
Coordinate communication with lenders, real estate professionals, and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, file management, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in balancing files, disbursing funds, and following compliance procedures.
Resolve routine questions and escalate complex issues to escrow officers as needed.
Maintain professional, customer-focused service throughout every transaction.
Contribute to a collaborative office environment and support overall branch operations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of escrow, title, or real estate closing experience preferred.
High school diploma required; some college or bachelor’s degree is nice to have.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software systems.
Customer service mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Compensation & Earnings
We provide a premier compensation structure designed to reward your expertise:
Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience.
Profit Sharing: Eligible employees receive a significant monthly share of branch profits—creating owner-like upside without the risk. This is on top of your base salary and benefits.
100% of employee premiums covered for health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, with Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier options.
2 weeks of paid vacation.
Unlimited sick days (with approval).
