As we expand across Texas, we’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, and committed to creating a welcoming, professional environment. This isn’t just a front-desk role—it’s a chance to be the concierge of our office, ensuring both clients and teammates feel supported every day.
What You’ll Do
Warmly greet clients, guests, and vendors in person and by phone, ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Manage multi-line phone system—answer, screen, and direct calls promptly and professionally.
Assist with scheduling closings, coordinating conference rooms, and maintaining office calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory.
Support escrow officers and assistants with scanning, filing, and preparing document packages.
Keep reception and common areas neat, organized, and inviting.
Act as the go-to person for office needs, ensuring smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (1+ years preferred).
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook; industry software a plus).
Excellent communication—clear, courteous, and professional on the phone and in person.
Dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
A friendly, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to creating a positive client experience.
High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
Compensation & Earnings
We provide a premier compensation structure designed to reward your expertise:
Base salary: $34,000 – $45,000 annually, depending on experience and market conditions.
Profit Sharing: Eligible employees receive a significant monthly share of branch profits—creating owner-like upside without the risk. This is on top of your base salary and benefits.
100% of employee premiums covered for health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, with Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier options.
2 weeks of paid vacation.
